We stand behind the quality and performance of our products.

All Ethereal Mareshah electronic and functional products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

If a product does not function as intended due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

This warranty applies to normal, intended use.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications

• Products damaged due to accidents or improper storage

Clothing and wearable items are not covered under the warranty once worn or used.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or video, if applicable
